We did not recieve our product back and Ebay's only responce to us was that we should work it out with Their customer.
Has the same thing happen with me.
Seller lied, I had proof of that, Ebay without looking into the case said item would be returned and I was responsible for shipping cost.
Said they would debit my bank card regardless of ant mitigating factors.
Last time I sell on Ebay and just wonder if they have legal right to take money from my bank account.
